Fu Matcha began at home. Baking was a side passion — cakes, mango sticky rice, and homemade treats made with love while raising a family. Customers loved the desserts, but they kept asking about the drinks we served alongside them.
Matcha, especially, got an incredible response. It became such a favorite that the drinks started rivaling the baked goods. So we began ordering real matcha powder by the kilo, importing it directly from Japan.
